About me

Hello and welcome to my humble little website! My name is Pieter, also known as Doodling Hitman, and I've had interest in drawing since I was a kid. During November 2016, I got contacted by the creator of Pencilmation to try out some storyboards. I've worked with Pencilmation for just over 7 years, having done mainly storyboards. Other tasks I've done include being a supervisor, writer, thumbnail artist, title card designer, concept designs for new shows and rough animation. The latter being most recent since I am a beginner animator and have done some animation regarding trending topics. Currently I am trying to improve upon my animation and find my own style that suits me.

At this moment I am looking for work as well! Animation

 

Since around late 2023, I have been trying 2D animation myself. This was mainly for the projects I did for Pencilmation. It wasn't long until I had to draw up more animatic like boards again, so there's not a whole lot of animation I have done yet. I picked out some of my favorite segments from the episodes I have worked on, which you can watch in the "Animation" tab. There's a couple of personal projects in there, too. I will keep making more animations and improve my skills as time goes on!

I have also made GMOD animations. It's a bit tricky to work with, but it can be a ton of fun! There's a few snippets from various episodes that I have animated and edited that I personally liked best on the "Animation" tab. Near the end of the video are some of my personal projects, such as an unfinished Mario Bojack Horseman Intro parody and an unfinished Pikmin animation. It has been a while since I worked with GMOD, but I wouldn't mind trying to make more silly animations with it!

In case you are curious on where you can find the full episodes, then you could search for Toonerville and/or UltraGameNoodle on Youtube. Pencilmation got rid of the Skibidi related episodes on their channel, so those cannot be viewed anymore. On either Toonerville or UltraGameNoodle you can find the GMOD videos. They had 3-4 animators working on each video. I enjoyed working on the ones containing Mario the most.

Storyboards

Of the many storyboards I have created during my time at Pencilmation, I've picked some that I feel best represent my skills! While watching these videos on the "Storyboards" tab, you can see the fully finished animation in the lower right corner for comparison.

 

When it comes to storyboards, I have learned a ton of new things from working with Pencilmation. My best ability is always pushing the expressions, and with that, I have learned from my former boss to push body language too, and see if I could add the expressiveness that I did with faces, to surroundings and objects. I keep improving on that!

It was always a blast to see my work come to life once every stage was completed!

Illustrations

​

In this tab you can find some of my illustrations that I have made over the years. I don't tend to draw many single pieces, but once in a while I enjoy making something and then trying to make it look as good as I can, always trying to improve my craft. I might accept commissions, based on their complexity. Perhaps I will add a segment regarding that soon, to my website.

There are also thumbnails I've created for Pencilmation. I've picked some of my favorite ones to display there. And lastly, at the bottom you can find some of my comics. Whenever I will finish more illustrations, I shall add the ones I think are best to my website!
